The Pretty Focussed podcast
I wanted everything, all at once, and it cost me my focus. This is the five minutes I needed: one idea, one thing you are allowed to put down, and the one move to make next. Monday to Friday, and a Sunday Reset.
Season 1 opens with 6 episodes. Then one a day.
Episode 1
Your Life Has Too Many Open Tabs
The launch you keep moving to next month
23:04Leg day, three times, in theory
23:04The message you have not answered
23:05A course you bought in March
23:05This month: one thing, sharp
5:00One tab sharp. The rest held soft, and still there.
5:00
Who is talking
I co-founded a coworking at 22, I train for triathlons, I freedive, and I coach people who run their own thing. Multi-passionate is not a phase for me. It is how I am built, and it is exactly why I needed a way to be sharp on one thing without dropping the rest.
Strategy and softness. Both, always. That is the whole show.
The shape
No welcome, no warm-up. I start from something real in my own week, and the last 30 seconds hand you the one thing to move on next.
0:00 to 0:12
Recognition, curiosity or relief. The first word is already the point.
I had three programmes and two retreats planned for one quarter. Halfway through explaining it, I heard myself think: who am I trying to convince.
0:12 to 0:45
Your week, as a question you recognise. The part where you think: finally, someone who gets it.
0:45 to 2:00
One insight, said three ways, in the same words each time. It is the line you will repeat to a friend.
2:00 to 3:20
One framework. Three parts at most. The strategy half, and I go first with what I noticed in myself.
Sharp. Soft. Later.
3:20 to 4:00
The exhale. Something you are allowed to put down this month. Nothing is dropped. It goes soft.
You are allowed to put that down. Not dropped. Held soft, until it is its turn.
4:00 to 4:30
If you want one thing to do with this today, this is it. Under 10 minutes. You leave knowing exactly what to move on next.
4:30 to 5:00
The next episode of the experience. Three minutes of questions, and a personal 30-day plan in your inbox. If it resonates, you know where to find it.

The Season Map
Two questions run the whole show. Which season am I in. What does this season need from me. Everything else can be held soft until it is its turn. The same six seasons are the second question of the Reset.
Visibility, and one skill that makes you more valuable.
The trap: saying yes to everything to be seen.
One offer, one channel, one number.
The trap: busywork that feels like building.
Self-trust, and a smaller first step.
The trap: waiting to feel ready.
One room at a time. Floors, not targets.
The trap: fixing everything at once.
Patience, consistency, and handing things over.
The trap: restarting instead of continuing.
Space, and permission to not decide yet.
The trap: treating rest as a failure of ambition.
What the show believes
The Pretty Focussed 30-Day Reset
Three minutes of questions about what is happening in your life, what you are building, and what you want next. It sends back a 30-day plan: three priorities, personal and professional, and a list of what can wait. If it resonates, you know where to find it.
The plan appears on screen before an address is asked for. Nothing is gated.
